I don’t know anything about you but I would love to have an email from you to hear about your ideas and dreams for your photos session. It doesn’t matter if it is a Maternity session, a Newborn session, a Family session or your Child’s session. I am Linda and I’m married and I have three children and two Working Labradors. I love animals. I love them so much that I beg you to bring yours if you have one! Imagine your pretty fish in bowl next to your little child.
– There are really no limits of what we can do in my studio. Dogs and cats are welcome as much as any other pet.

– Your details: name, phone and email will be used to contact you. Your address information is used to create your invoices when booking your time and when ordering images.
– I save your data in my booking system.
– If you want me to delete your personal information such as phone number and email or your digital files, please notify me by email after we have finished our collaboration.
USE OF IMAGES
– You agree to the use of the images in Linda Otterstedt Photography’s social media, printed material and website unless otherwise stated at the time of booking or at the time of photography.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION ACCORDING TO THE DISTANCE CONTRACTS ACT (2005:59)
When booking remotely, a statutory right of cancellation of 14 days normally applies, calculated from the day after the agreement is made. After 14 days, the right of cancellation is exhausted and the agreement becomes binding.
Since family photography is a service that must be performed at a specific time and requires planning, scheduling and preparation, the following applies: – The customer has the right to cancel within 14 days after the agreement is made. – After 14 days, the right of cancellation is exhausted and the booking is binding. – If the service is started during the cancellation period – which in this case means that the booking fee has been paid or that the planning work has begun – the right of cancellation is considered to have been exhausted.
The right of cancellation must be exercised in writing via email to linda@lindaotterstedt.com within the cancellation period. Enlargements that are ordered from your own photos. “Goods that are specially made according to the consumer’s wishes or that have a clear personal touch, for example family and wedding photos”. The right of withdrawal does not apply after the photo shoot is completed or files are downloaded from an online delivery.
