One year ago I started this project to capture a wedding at Cedergrenska Tornet. My goal was to do a collaboration with the Tower to work with local business and to get more weddings in my own area. I had a meeting with the Tower and they were very positiv to a collaboration and to do a wedding photo shoot together. Great!
Then I met the hairdresser Sussi, and I thought it would be great for her to join us too. We had a second meeting with the Tower and we started to plan for a day of shooting. Unfortunately we all had difficulties to find a day that suited us all at the same time. The spring was fully booked, I was not in Stockholm during the summer, the autumn came and suddenly it was dark and winter. We wanted to show the Tower in a nice light and with a little bit of sun. On the way I also got in contact with the florist Kristina who was perfect for us to join our collaboration.
Finally, the day was here
After many discussions about the right date, other incoming jobs and the weather… oh, say no more. This cold spring weather in Stockholm this year has been a nightmare but in the end we finally set the date, the 29th of April.
So, in the picturesque setting off a wedding at Cedergrenska Tornet, perched on a top of a hill with views of lush landscapes, a great wedding collaboration unfolded. This special day was the culmination of a partnership between some of Danderyd’s foremost wedding vendors. The Hairdresser Salong Sussi, the Florist Kristina, and the photographer Linda Otterstedt Photography – me.
Hair preparations and photography
The preparations commenced early in the morning at The Hairdresser Salong Sussi, where the bride was pampered and styled with expert care. Sussi is really careful and wants everything to look perfect and that the hair stays in place the whole day!

Meanwhile, the groom left to Cedergrenska Tornet, where he was greeted by Kristina, the floral artist. Kristina had transformed the wedding venue into an enchanting floral paradise, where every bloom and arrangement harmonized perfectly with the historic charm of the tower. Soft pastel flowers adorned the ceremony space, infusing a romantic ambiance and providing a memorable backdrop.
As the moment approached, it was time for me to capture every emotional moment of getting dressed in this beautiful wedding gown. Luckily Elin had some help with the buttons on the back of her amazing dress.
Cedergrenska Tornet, with its impressive historical backdrop, became a symbol of love and collaboration on this day. Together, these amazing vendors and I created an unforgettable experience for the couple.

As we all know, the bride is a bit in the center of this day. That’s why we did some extra photos of her to show you how beautiful the rooms are at the Tower. Just take a look for your self.

First out: a picture taken with the drone. High ceiling so no problems here to use a drone.
The elevator bride
The Cedergrenska Tower is a quite high tower with its seven levels and fortunately there’s an elevator in the tower for brides with high heels.
