Wedding photographer in Fjällbacka

Do you also love Fjällbacka as much as I do? Are you also getting married in Fjällbacka like I did? YAY! Then we already have a lot in common. That’s fun! I’m a wedding photographer in Fjällbacka and don’t hesitate to contact me here if you’re about to get married in my fav village on the Swedish West Coast.

Badholmen

Wedding preparations at Eva-Lotta’s

This is where many of my brides are getting ready. If you need a great hair dresser and make-up artist contact Eva-Lottas in the village.

If I have a whole day wedding (10-12 hours) like this one with Jennifer and Mattias I usually start at Eva-Lottas hair and beauty salong. Here the bride has the possibility to get her hair done, get her make-up done, have her lunch (bought at Setterlinds Cafe) and put her dress on. The morning is a great work out pass for me as I usually run between this place and the Stora Hotellet, situated in the center of Fjällbacka, where many grooms stay to get ready before the “First Look”.

First look

Moving forward to the “First Look”. Always as exciting! I don’t know if the wedding couple or I cry the most when they see each other for the first time, that day at least. 🙂

So, this couple wanted to take their portraits before the wedding ceremony. We did a few portraits with only Jennifer and Mattias and then the rest of the gang joined in. Take a look at these beautiful photos made out at Badholmen in Fjällbacka.

Group photos with the brides maides and the grooms men

And here are the group photos of the wedding couple, the bridesmaids and the groomsmen.

The church ceremony

Ok, back to the village and up to the church for the ceremony in Fjällbacka church with the sweetest flower girls ever!

And they said YES!

The boat tour for the wedding couple

The boat tour is always a success. Here’s Donalda, an old fishing boat remade to bring out wedding guests or any guests around the beautiful archipelago in Fjällbacka. Filled with champagne, wine, beer and alcoholic free beverages and some snacks. My husband and I also rented Donalda when we got married. We did the boat tour the day after our wedding day because we had many people coming from different countries and we wanted to give them a beautiful experience from Sweden while they where visiting from far away.

The venue for the wedding

Lots of things going on during the dinner. So much fun to capture. Food, drinks, speeches, people are crying, laughing, cheering and dancing. Amazing!

Sunset photography

A short break for the wedding couple, a short walk down to the water, to breath, to think and to enjoy the moment. To take a pause from the whole day. The sunset picture session is very appreciated from the wedding couple.

Wedding photographer in Fjällbacka goes partying

Party till the end at Upper Deck, on top of Bryggan down by the waterfront in Fjällbacka.

I finished at 00.30 – I think. 🙂

Thank you Jennifer & Mattias for this day, I had a blast!

If you need a wedding photographer in Fjällbacka, you know where to find me. 🙂
